دلی می‌خواهم از سنگ
که با دشواریِ دوران کنم جنگ

نمی‌خواهم دل ابریشمی را
نمی‌خواهم جهان بی‌غمی را

دلی می‌خواهم آگاه
دلی مغرور و آزاد

که گیرد زیر پر، گشتِ جهان را
دلی کاین حقیقت را کند درک

توانا کامِ خود گیرد ز دوران
زمان نابود سازد ناتوان را
